What if I forget it’s my cleaning day and accidentally lock you out?
If we arrive to your home and there is no way for us to get in, we will make every attempt to contact you before leaving the home. If we’re unable to get into your home, we will work together to reschedule your cleaning for a later time.

If I need to postpone my cleaning, what do I do?
If you need to postpone your cleaning for any reason, please let us know as far ahead of time as possible. We know life happens and understand when you need to move your cleaning. The earlier we know, the easier it will be to switch your cleaning to another day.

Are you bonded and insured?
Yes, each of our team members are covered under our liability and worker’s
compensation policies, as well as our bond.

I am concerned about allowing strangers into my home. What steps does your company take to hire people of integrity?
All necessary measures are taken during the hiring process to find an ideal fit for our company. Each candidate must pass a criminal background check and a drug screening.

How do you safeguard my key?
While in our possession, your key is stored in our key safe with a number corresponding to your home. Each team member is required to log keys in and out each day.

What if I’m not satisfied with my service?
Our work is 100% guaranteed, no exceptions, ever. We strive to get it right the first time, but if you aren’t absolutely delighted with your cleaning for any reason, please call us right away. We will promptly return to correct the issue.

How does payment work?
Payment is required at or before the time of service. We accept checks, cash, and credit cards. Tips are not expected but are always greatly appreciated as a way to say “Well done!”
